We're on Cumberland Avenue inside the Cora building at Water Street Tampa. Gourmet toasts, acai bowls, fresh juice, espresso, and yes, vegan soft serve too. Everything gets made fresh with responsibly sourced ingredients. This neighborhood has grown into one of downtown's most walkable spots, and we're right in the middle of it.
Water Street connects the Tampa Riverwalk to Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, and the convention center. Bodyrok, F45, and Orangetheory are all nearby for the fitness-minded. The Tampa EDITION hotel brought Michelin-star dining to the block. On Sundays, the market takes over with local vendors. The Riverwalk itself runs 2.6 miles along the Hillsborough River. We see Lightning fans before games, hotel guests exploring, office workers on break, and residents from the new towers walking their dogs.

I visited Toastique on a Saturday afternoon and absolutely loved the experience. The vibes were great, lively music playing through the speakers and an overall warm, welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely upbeat, which made the entire experience even better.
We stopped by for breakfast and were very impressed! Everything was delicious, from the coffee to the three cheese and salmon toasts. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the coffee was rich and satisfying. On top of that, the service was perfect—friendly and attentive. It made for a wonderful start to the day. Highly recommend this place for breakfast!
I came here because I saw they had gluten free bread, and fully expected to get a smaller than palm sized bread, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was a big size. I’ve been here twice and ordered the pumpkin chai both times. I’ve also had the salmon toast, burrata toast, and beet juice. Both toasts had me satisfied after eating just half of it. Everything tasted fresh and delicious
